Levitating Dimmer Lamp
A slim wooden lamp whose magnetic control ring hangs in mid-air and makes buttons look unnecessarily grounded.

THE CONTROL / MAGNETS + HALL SENSOR
The dimmer refuses to sit down.
A layered laser-cut frame carries the LEDs and diffuser, while a small control ring hangs beneath it on a vertical cord. Magnets keep the ring in position and a Hall sensor reports its movement to a custom WLED usermod. That gives the lamp a physical control without a conventional knob occupying the base. The electronics and USB-C connection stay inside the wooden foot, leaving the illuminated frame visually light. Calling the ring levitating is generous to the cord, but it does float where a sensible dimmer would have sat down.
